To learn its history, visit Old Sacramento, which is currently considered a State Park. There you will find a wealth of attractions and testimonies of this city, such as the History Museum of Sacramento, the Military Museum of the State of California or the California State Railroad Museum. You can also take a ride in horse-drawn carriages.
Sacramento’s weather is classified as "Mediterranean", reason by which you will always find a pleasant and warm atmosphere, with rare snowfall. Harmony and good vibes flow through its inhabitants, making you always feel at home. In 2002 the Time Magazine recognized Sacramento as the most ethnic-city.
Also if you enjoy biking, you can take in the city sights without a problem. If you want to enjoy good jazz, then you cannot miss the Sacramento’s Jazz Jubilee, celebrated every year on the last Monday in May, during Memorial Day weekend.
